Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Utilitydog! By enrolling in our dog training services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Utilitydog. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Offered

Utilitydog offers dog training services aimed at improving your dog's behavior and obedience. Our services include group classes, private lessons, workshops, and other related activities.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Booking Lessons: To schedule a lesson with Utilitydog, clients must complete the booking process either in person, over the phone, or through our online booking system. By booking a lesson, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

3.2 Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited at your expense.

4. Liability Waiver

4.1 Assumption of Risk: Engaging in dog training activities involves inherent risks. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with dog training, including but not limited to injury, damage, or other unforeseen events.

4.2 Release of Liability: In consideration of participating in Utilitydog's services, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Utilitydog and its trainers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss you or your dog may sustain as a result of participating in our services.

4.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Utilitydog and its trainers from any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your participation in our services or the actions of your dog.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Dog Health: By enrolling your dog in our training services, you affirm that your dog is in good health and has received all necessary vaccinations.

5.2 Aggressive Behavior: For the safety and well-being of all participants, dogs displaying aggressive behavior may be excluded from group classes or other activities at the discretion of Utilitydog's trainers.

6. Photography and Promotion

Utilitydog reserves the right to photograph or record lessons and training sessions for promotional purposes. By enrolling in our services, you grant us the right to use such materials without further consent or compensation.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Utilitydog reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.

By enrolling in Utilitydog's dog training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
